Delete your AGNT AI account

AGNT AI (the app “AGNT AI - Meet Grant”, published by AGNT AI, Inc., which also operates RealSavvy) lets you delete your account and the personal data attached to it at any time. There are two ways to do it. Neither costs anything, and neither requires you to talk to us first.

From inside the app

  • Open the AGNT AI app and sign in.
  • Go to Profile (the tab with your name and headshot).
  • Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account.
  • Read the confirmation and tap Delete. You are signed out immediately and the account is gone.

By email, if you can’t sign in

Email [email protected] from the address on your account, with the subject Delete my account. We verify that the request came from the account holder and complete it within 30 days. You do not need an active subscription, and you do not need the app installed.

What gets deleted

  • Your account and login, including your phone number and email address.
  • Your agent profile: name, headshot, brokerage, license and contact details.
  • Contacts and CRM records you stored with us, and the notes and tasks on them.
  • Saved searches, collections, and shared listing links you created.
  • Grant’s history of your work: conversations, briefings, drafts and generated content.
  • Listing websites, flyers, social posts and cinematic videos you generated, and the media you uploaded for them.

What we keep, and for how long

  • Billing and tax records — kept as long as the law requires us to keep them, typically seven years. They are retained for legal compliance only and are not used to contact you or to rebuild your account.
  • Backups — deleted data can persist in encrypted backups until they age out on their normal rotation, within 90 days. It is not restored to the live service.
  • Systems you connected yourself — deleting your AGNT AI account does not delete anything in your own Follow Up Boss account, your MLS, or your email. Those are yours, and we never reach into them to delete your records. Remove AGNT AI’s access from inside those services if you want the connection severed.

Deleting data without deleting your account

You can remove individual contacts, collections, saved searches and generated content from inside the app at any time without closing your account. If you want something specific removed and can’t find it, email [email protected] and we will handle it.
