What you're playing

A Day with Grant walks you through one agent's workday in eight moments: overnight leads, a buyer who only wants one gated community, a CMA before a listing appointment, Listing Doctor catching fair-housing wording, two offers side by side, getting found on ChatGPT, your team or your website, and Grant Concierge working the night shift. At each moment you choose the usual way or hand it to Grant, and you can ask Grant anything as you go. At the end you get your package and price from the live pricing canon, with a link to review and sign.

The people and figures in the game are made up. The sandbox website it links to shows real ARMLS listings for a fictional brokerage.
