Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

agnt.pro and the AGNT AI applications are products of AGNT AI, Inc. ("AGNT AI", "we", "our", or "us") — the company that also owns and operates RealSavvy. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit this website and use our services, including the AGNT AI iPhone app and AGNT Portal.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect information about you in various ways, including:

  • Personal Data: name, email address, phone number, and other contact information you provide.
  • Usage Data: information about how you use our website and services.
  • Device Data: browser type, IP address, and device information.
  • CRM and Contact Data: contacts and CRM records you connect (for example, Follow Up Boss) so Grant can do your work — used only for that purpose.
  • Cookies: data collected through cookies and similar technologies.

3. Device Permissions

The AGNT AI mobile apps ask your permission before using any of the following, and only ever for the feature you invoked. You can refuse or revoke any of them in your device settings; the rest of the app keeps working.

  • Camera and microphone: to record listing walkthrough videos and voice-overs you choose to create, and so you can speak to Grant instead of typing.
  • Photos and videos: to let you pick photos for listing marketing and branded social posts, and to save what you create in the app back to your device.
  • Location, while you are using the app: to show listings near you on the map. We do not collect your location in the background.
  • Contacts: to let you share a listing, collection, or saved search with someone who isn't in your CRM yet, and to match your phone contacts against the contacts you already have.
  • Notifications: to send the alerts you turn on — new leads, saved-search matches, and Grant's morning check-in.

4. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide, operate, and maintain our services
  • Do the work you ask Grant to do — drafts, alerts, marketing, and follow-up on your behalf
  • Improve, personalize, and expand our services
  • Communicate with you about our products and services
  • Process transactions and send related information
  • Send promotional communications (with your consent)
  • Comply with legal obligations

5. Information Sharing

We never sell your data. We may share your information with third parties only:

  • With your consent
  • With service providers who assist in our operations
  • To comply with legal obligations
  • To protect our rights and prevent fraud
  • In connection with a business transaction (merger, acquisition, etc.)

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access your personal information
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your information
  • Object to processing of your information
  • Request data portability
  • Withdraw consent

8. Deleting Your Account and Data

You can delete your AGNT AI account and the personal data attached to it at any time, two ways:

  • In the AGNT AI mobile app, open Profile → Delete my account and confirm.
  • Or email hello@agnt.pro from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account".

Deleting removes your account, profile, saved searches, collections, Grant's history of your work, and the contacts and CRM records you stored with us. It takes effect within 30 days. Two things survive, and only these: records we are legally required to keep (for example billing and tax records), and data held by services you connected yourself — deleting your AGNT AI account does not delete anything in your own Follow Up Boss account or your MLS. Backups are purged on their normal rotation, within 90 days.

9. Text Messaging

If you opt in to text messages, message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or use the unsubscribe link in our emails.

10. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site and understand how it is used. You can instruct your browser to refuse cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent.

11. Children's Privacy

Our services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date.
